Two Decades Ago...
In the early 1980s, Bingle
began a career journey in
the residential  real estate
industry.

Bingle's first job was as a newspaper carrier for The Toledo Blade in his hometown of Fostoria,
Ohio.  At age 14, he started work at the former
Fruth Hardware, learning and practicing
'customer service' during high school and his first two college summers.  He worked his way
through
Capital University, in Bexley, by numerous jobs including as a residence hall counselor,
newspaper editor, student center support staff, and the
US Postal Service.  Upon graduation
with Capital University's first awarded Bachelor of Social Work degree (owing recognition of
being the first in alphabetical order!), he converted his college internship into a full time job.

  • Social Work & Management:  Franklin County Welfare Department: Income Maintenance
    Case worker, IM Manager, and Management Analyst.
  • Salesmanship & Customer Service: Roush Hardware in Westerville as a sales clerk in
    consideration of returning to Fostoria to buy into his former employer's store.
  • Salesmanship, Marketing, Finance, & Customer Service: The former Paul May Realtors as a
    REALTOR® serving the Clintonville market - becoming one of the first real estate agents
    to utilize a desktop computer in 1984.
  • Salesmanship, Management, Training & Customer Service:  The former BuyOhio Realtors/
    Coldwell Banker Realtors in Worthington as the assistant sales manager for their former
    Worthington branch, training over 60 new sales agents and working the north-central
    Ohio sales market as a licensed agent.
  • Salesmanship, Customer Service, & Finance:  The former Sears Mortage/PNC Mortgage as
    a mortgage loan officer.
  • Business proprietorship including sales, marketing, management, finance, and board
    development:  Earth Share of Ohio, initially in 1995 as Campaign Manager and since
    November 1997, as CEO and Executive Director.
