Who? What? When? & Where?
Paul Bingle, a north side resident since 1979, is a candidate
for November 2007 election to the Columbus City Council
for a four year term that begins January 2008. Seven people
serve as the legislative branch leaders for the City of
Columbus, with each Council Member elected as at-large
community representatives.
Why?
Paul has been a passionate and effective community leader
since 1984, primarily interacting with projects in the
Clintonville neighborhood. His experience- based
knowledge about the City and his activities in improving
Columbus have prepared Paul to help lead Columbus
towards it's 200th birthday by leveraging the resources of
the community to achieve the quality of life that its
residents seek to enjoy.
Qualifications
- 23 Years of visionary leadership in neighborhood and City projects.
- 12 years experience working for conservation & environmental charities.
- Former social worker, REALTOR® , & mortgage lender.
- Former Chair of the Clintonville Area Commission.
- Co-founded Clintonville Community Fund & Clintonville July 4th
Celebration charities.
